For 12 years, Lee Hecht Harrison, one of the largest outplacement firms in the world, brought me in to help their clients through the complex and often emotional upheaval of going through a layoff. The need to minimize financial devastation and re-chart a course to retirement and financial security was never greater.
Over that period of time, I spoke to thousands of people going through a layoff and helping them to re-chart their financial lives. I still work with clients to build a path to financial security and retirement to this day.
In 2025, we created LifeByDesign360, from our sister company, Archimedes Worldwide. It is designed to help people going through a layoff with ongoing career and business coaching as well as business management and operating systems to maximize their financial opportunities, create an income they can't ever be fired from and speed up the path to retirement and total financial security.
